PSVT PORT – TERMS & CONDITIONS / USER AGREEMENT
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the PSVT Port mobile application (“Platform”), owned and operated by:

By registering, accessing, or using the PSVT Port platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of the Platform
PSVT Port is a technology intermediary platform that connects:
Senders – Users who want to send parcels from one location to another.
Travellers – Verified individuals who transport parcels along their travel routes.
PSVT Port does not operate as a transport carrier and does not directly transport parcels. The platform only facilitates connections between users.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
Sender – A registered user who posts a parcel delivery request on the platform.
Traveller – A verified user who accepts and transports parcels.
Parcel – Any item listed for delivery through the platform.
Service Fee – The amount paid by the Sender for using PSVT Port services.
Subscription – Paid access required for Travelers to use certain platform features (if applicable).
3. Sender Responsibilities
The Sender agrees and confirms that:
All parcel information including pickup address, delivery address, receiver name, and contact details must be accurate.
The Sender will not send illegal, restricted, or prohibited goods.
Parcel contents must comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
The Sender is fully responsible for the accuracy of parcel details and declarations.
Prohibited Items (Including but not limited to)
The following items are strictly prohibited on the platform:
Weapons and ammunition
Explosives
Narcotics and illegal drugs
Bulk cash or currency
Gold, precious metals, or high-value jewelry
Alcohol (where restricted by law)
Hazardous materials
Any item prohibited under Indian law
If prohibited goods are detected, the user account may be permanently suspended, and the matter may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
4. Traveller Verification and Responsibility
To register as a Traveller, users must complete the following verification steps:
Mobile number verification via OTP
Aadhar Card upload
Submission of vehicle details
Manual verification by the PSVT Port team
Verification of driving license and photograph
Traveller accounts will remain under review until verification is completed.
Once a parcel is accepted by the Traveller:
The Traveller becomes responsible for safe transportation and delivery of the parcel.
Submission of false documents will result in permanent account suspension.
Any misuse, fraud, theft, or illegal activity will lead to account termination and possible legal action.
5. Payments and Refund Policy
The Sender must pay the service fee through the application.
If a parcel request is not accepted by any Traveller, the payment will be refunded within 2–7 working days to the original payment method.
If a parcel is accepted and successfully delivered, the payment becomes non-refundable.
GST invoices will be generated as per the applicable service category.
Payments processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store will be subject to their respective payment and refund policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
TravZo India and PSVT Port:
Do not guarantee delivery timelines.
Are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Are not responsible for incorrect address information provided by the Sender.
Are not liable for losses arising from prohibited or illegal goods sent by users.
If liability arises under applicable law, the maximum liability of PSVT Port shall be limited to the service fee paid for that specific transaction.
7. Account Suspension
PSVT Port reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate any account without prior notice
Investigate suspicious or fraudulent activity
Share relevant user information with legal authorities if required by law
8. Data and Privacy
User KYC and personal data are stored securely.
The PSVT Port admin team may monitor platform activities to prevent fraud and ensure safety.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Indian IT laws and privacy regulations.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute:
The parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter internally through mutual discussion.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, the matter may proceed to arbitration or legal proceedings as applicable.
The courts of Sirsa, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
PSVT Port reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its discretion.
It is the responsibility of the Sender / Traveller to periodically review these terms and ensure compliance with them.
If the Sender / Traveller continues to use the services of PSVT Port after any changes to these terms, it will be considered as full acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions, and the user will be bound by them.
The Sender / Traveller also agrees that all applicable government taxes, duties, fees, charges, or levies imposed from time to time in relation to the services of PSVT Port shall apply.
Payment of such taxes and charges will be the responsibility of the Sender / Traveler, and these may be included as part of the invoice issued by PSVT Port.
11. User Acceptance of Terms
The Sender / Traveller / Customer acknowledges that while using the PSVT Port Mobile Application and its services, they have read, understood, and agreed to the Customer Terms and Conditions of PSVT Port.
If the Sender / Traveller / Customer does not agree with these terms or does not wish to use the services of PSVT Port, they may uninstall the PSVT Port mobile application at their own discretion and refrain from using its services.
By installing the application and logging in to use the services, the Sender / Traveller / Customer will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
12. Scope of Services
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services currently provided through the PSVT Port application to the Sender / Traveller / Customer, including but not limited to:
Placing and sending parcel orders by the Sender.
Transporting goods from one location to another by the Traveller.
Compliance with applicable road safety rules and regulations.
In addition to these general terms, specific terms and conditions may apply separately depending on the particular service used by the Sender or Traveller.
13. Ownership and Authorization of Goods
The Sender / Traveller / Customer represents and warrants that the goods for which PSVT Port is providing services are either:
Owned by them, or
Under their lawful possession or control.
The Sender / Traveller / Customer further agrees that if PSVT Port suffers any loss, damage, claim, or liability arising from the fact that the Sender / Traveller / Customer did not have the legal authority to enter into a service agreement with PSVT Port, or has breached the above warranty, then the Sender / Traveller / Customer shall indemnify and compensate PSVT Port for such losses.
14. Third-Party Services
The Sender / Traveller acknowledges that certain services available on the application may be provided by third-party service providers, including partner companies associated with the PSVT Port application.
If you choose to use any third-party services, you must comply with their respective terms and conditions, which will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
Third-party service providers may issue invoices directly to the Sender / Traveller, and PSVT Port shall not be responsible for issuing such invoices unless otherwise agreed.
15. New Services
PSVT Port may introduce new services from time to time, and such services may have separate terms and conditions.
You may use these new services only after accepting the relevant terms and conditions associated with them.
PSVT Port and its partner companies reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
16. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
If the Sender / Traveller faces any dispute, issue, or claim related to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by PSVT Port, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion and negotiation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 (thirty) days through mutual agreement, the matter shall be referred to the courts of Sirsa, Haryana, India, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the dispute.
For clarity:
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Both parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes mutually within 30 days.
If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be settled through the courts located in Sirsa, Haryana.
All dispute resolution proceedings shall be kept confidential by the involved parties.
17. Claims
Any claim related to goods must be submitted in writing within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the goods.
For service-related claims, the Sender / Traveller must send the claim details to info@travzoindia.com.
In cases involving transportation of goods by road, the claim must include supporting evidence such as:
Photographs of the damaged goods
Photos or videos of the packaging
Delivery photos or videos
Any other relevant details supporting the claim
If a claim is not submitted within the specified time period, PSVT Port shall not be responsible for accepting or processing the claim.
18. Verification of Claims
If a claim for loss or damage is made, the Sender / Traveller must prove that they are the original Sender / Traveller associated with the shipment.
PSVT Port reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify the identity of the claimant. If the identity cannot be verified, the claim may be rejected.
19. Use of Third-Party Assistance
PSVT Port reserves the right to use third-party service providers for the execution of its services, either in whole or in part.
However, such arrangements shall not alter the contractual relationship between PSVT Port and the user, and PSVT Port shall remain responsible for the proper execution of the services.
20. Service Time and Availability
No fixed time is guaranteed for the completion of services.
In certain cases, the Sender may need to wait until a Traveller becomes available, as it is not guaranteed that a Traveller will be available immediately on every route.
Therefore, no specific delivery time limit is guaranteed, and PSVT Port shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused due to delays arising from such circumstances.
21. Accurate Description of Goods
At the time of booking, the Sender must provide accurate and complete details of the goods, including but not limited to:
Type of goods
Quantity
Size or volume
Any other relevant or special description
Providing incorrect or incomplete information may affect the service and any related claims.
22. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall PSVT Port, its directors, employees, officers, agents, or contractors be liable to the Sender / Traveller for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of income
Loss of profits
Loss of interest
Any other financial or economic losses
23. Traveller Responsibilities
Route Acceptance Travellers may only accept parcels for routes that they have listed and for which they are actually traveling. A Traveller shall accept parcels only for the route and at the time they intend to travel.
Route Cancellation If the Traveller is unable to travel on the selected route, the Traveller must cancel the parcel request and inform the Sender by phone with the appropriate reason, requesting the Sender to place a new order if necessary.
Parcel Review Before Acceptance Before accepting any parcel, the Traveller must carefully review all available details including size, weight, distance, price, and pickup/drop addresses.
After accepting the request, the Traveller may contact the Sender to confirm additional parcel details. If the Traveller believes that the parcel cannot be transported in their bike, car, or vehicle, they should decline the request.
If the Traveller accepts the parcel but later discovers at the pickup location that the size or weight differs from the provided details, the Traveller and Sender may mutually agree on a solution or cancel the parcel. In such cases, PSVT Port shall not be responsible for the outcome.
Right to Verify Parcel Information The Traveller has the full right to request complete information about the parcel from the Sender. If the Traveller suspects any mismatch, illegal activity, or suspicious content, the Traveller must immediately report the issue to PSVT Port and cancel the parcel.
Fraud or Misuse by Traveller If a Traveller engages in fraud, misuse of parcels, theft, or attempts to abscond with a parcel, strict action will be taken. This may include recovery of the parcel or its value from the Traveller (or their legal responsibility), permanent account suspension, and possible legal action.
Responsibility After Acceptance Once a Traveller accepts a parcel request, the Traveller becomes fully responsible for the safety and proper handling of the parcel during transportation.
If any mismatch, fraud, or loss occurs due to the Traveller’s actions or negligence, the Traveller shall be held responsible. Travellers are advised to verify the parcel carefully before pickup.
If the Sender attempts any fraud or provides misleading parcel information, the Traveller must immediately report the matter to PSVT Port.
Delivery Procedure Upon reaching the destination, the Traveller must deliver the parcel to the Receiver only after proper verification.
The delivery must be completed using an OTP (One-Time Password) sent to the Receiver’s registered mobile number. Once the OTP is entered at the time of delivery, the parcel will be marked as successfully delivered, and the payment will then be credited to the Traveller’s wallet.
24. Freight and Invoicing
At the time of booking, the freight charge determined by PSVT Port will be displayed to the Customer (Sender). The Sender must complete the payment for the displayed amount in order for the parcel order to be considered confirmed.
The freight charges displayed at the time of booking may vary depending on factors such as:
Size of the parcel
Weight of the parcel
Distance between pickup and delivery locations
Accordingly, the freight amount may change based on the actual size, weight, or distance involved in the shipment.
All freight charges are inclusive of applicable GST, and the Sender shall be responsible for paying these charges.
25. Delay or Vehicle Issues
If the Traveller’s vehicle breaks down or any delay occurs during transportation, and if any modification is required in the e-bill or shipment details, the Sender shall be responsible for making the necessary updates.
The Traveller must inform the Sender about such situations. If the required updates are not made, any legal consequences arising from such issues shall be the responsibility of the Sender and/or Traveler.
26. Receiver Refusal or Incorrect Address If the Receiver refuses to accept the parcel, or if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the parcel contains restricted or prohibited goods, the Traveller must immediately contact the company (PSVT Port).
In such cases, the parcel must be returned to the Sender within 48 hours.
If the parcel cannot be delivered or returned within 48 hours, additional warehouse or demurrage charges may apply.
27. Service Suspension
PSVT Port reserves the right to refuse or suspend services to any customer at any time without prior notice. This may occur for reasons including, but not limited to:
Technical issues
Bug fixing or system maintenance
Violation of platform rules or policies
Violation of applicable laws
Misuse of services
Security risks
Fraudulent activities
28. Incorrect Parcel Information
If the Sender provides incorrect parcel information, such as incorrect size or weight, the Traveller may request additional charges from the Sender.
However, the Traveller must first inform PSVT Port or seek guidance from the company before requesting any additional charges from the Sender.
29. Cancellation
If the Sender cancels the parcel after it has been accepted by the Traveller, the company may deduct applicable cancellation charges or service fees as per its policies.
30. Transportation of Goods by Road – Terms and Conditions
1. Service Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the Transportation of Goods by Road service provided by PSVT Port.
The service enables the transportation of goods from one location to another through two-wheeler, three-wheeler, or four-wheeler vehicles.
Any Sender / Traveller using this service through the PSVT Port platform agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions as well as any additional rules or policies issued by PSVT Port from time to time.
2. Packaging Instructions
The Consignor (Sender) must follow the below packaging guidelines when using the Goods Transport by Road service.
2.1 Goods must be fully covered and properly sealed with tape on all edges.
2.2 Fragile items must be wrapped with bubble wrap, and extra protection should be provided for corners and edges.
2.3 Items that may move during transportation should be tightly secured using stretch wrap.
2.4 If goods are packed inside a box, empty spaces inside the box must be filled with paper or cushioning material to prevent movement.
For fragile items, cushioning material should also be placed at the bottom of the box.
2.5 Strong packing tape must be used during packaging, such as:
Pressure-sensitive packing tape
Water-activated tape
2.6 Rope should not be used as a substitute for packing tape.
3. Responsibility for Fragile Items
The Sender acknowledges and agrees that sending fragile goods is done entirely at the Sender’s own risk.
PSVT Port shall not be responsible for damage to fragile items if proper packaging guidelines are not followed.
4. Ownership Confirmation
The Sender confirms that:
The Sender is the legal owner of the goods, or
The Sender is an authorized representative of the owner
and has the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the owner.
5. “Said-to-Contain” Rule
PSVT Port is not obligated to inspect the contents of the parcel.
The Traveller may inspect the parcel if necessary, but such inspection is not mandatory.
The Sender is solely responsible for declaring the accurate contents of the parcel.
6. Notifications and Communication
PSVT Port may provide shipment updates and service-related notifications to the Sender / Traveller through the following communication channels:
SMS
Push notifications through the mobile application
PSVT Port may also use app usage data for marketing, analytics, and service improvement purposes.
7. Indemnity
If any loss, damage, claim, legal liability, or expense arises due to:
the fault or negligence of the Sender / Traveller,
violation of applicable laws, or
claims made by third parties,
then the Sender / Traveller shall indemnify and compensate PSVT Port for such losses.
8. Restricted Items
The Sender is strictly prohibited from sending the following items through PSVT Port services:
Obscene or pornographic materials
Dry ice
Human body parts
Explosives
Firearms or ammunition
Flammable substances
Livestock
Pets or animals
Hazardous materials
Dangerous chemicals
Illegal goods
Radioactive materials
Precious jewelry
Currency and coins
Gems and precious stones
Gambling devices
Lottery tickets
Fire extinguishers
Cigarettes and alcohol
Narcotic or illegal drugs
This list may be updated or modified from time to time by PSVT Port.
9. Restricted Documents
The Sender is not allowed to send the following documents through the platform:
Educational certificates
Passport
Aadhaar Card
Bank statements
Credit or debit cards
Bank cheques
Cash currency
PSVT Port is not licensed to transport such documents.
10. Reporting of Illegal Goods
If any person attempts to send illegal or restricted goods by providing false information, PSVT Port or its authorized agents may report the matter to law enforcement authorities.
11. Right to Reject Booking
PSVT Port reserves the right to reject any booking at its sole discretion without providing any reason.
12. Police Inspection
During transportation, if police or authorized authorities request inspection of the parcel, the Traveller may present the parcel for verification.
If any fine or penalty arises due to the Sender’s fault, the Sender shall be responsible for paying such penalties.
If any fine arises due to the Traveller’s fault, including issues related to:
vehicle documents
driving license
helmet compliance
then the Traveller shall be responsible for such penalties.
13. Weight and Size Limits
While placing an order, the Sender must ensure that the parcel does not exceed the specified weight or size limits.
If the parcel exceeds the allowed limits, the Traveller may refuse to accept the parcel.
If such a situation causes loss or inconvenience to the Traveller, the Sender may be required to compensate for such losses.
14. Receiver Availability
At the time of delivery, the Receiver must be available to receive the parcel.
If:
the Receiver is not available, or
the Receiver refuses to accept the parcel,
then the Traveller may return the parcel to the Sender.
Additional storage or waiting charges may apply if the parcel needs to be held for an extended period.
15. Force Majeure
PSVT Port shall not be liable for delays, losses, or service disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
War
Pandemic or epidemic
Strikes or labour disputes
Riots or civil unrest
Government orders or restrictions
Vehicle accidents
16. No Personal Liability
The following individuals associated with PSVT Port shall not be personally liable for any claims or damages arising from the use of the service:
Directors
Owners
Partners
Shareholders
Any liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the company entity only.
