1. Senders are required to securely pack all fragile items; the company shall bear no liability for any damage or breakage during transit.

2. Send your valuable items only at your own risk and after making full contact with the traveler.

3. Do not send any intoxicating or prohibited substances; legal action may be taken if found. The traveler and the company shall bear no responsibility in such cases.

4. In case of non-delivery or theft of items by the traveler, legal action will be taken.

5. Any flammable or chemical substances must be sent only with proper packaging and in full coordination with the traveler.

6. Please ensure that pickup and drop locations are filled in accurately and with proper safety considerations.

7. Travelers must accurately fill in their basic information and account details.

8. Eligibility – The service may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

9. Account Responsibility – Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities conducted under their account.

10. Prohibited Items – It is strictly prohibited to send weapons, counterfeit goods, narcotics, or any other illegal materials.

11. Liability of the Company – The company only provides a platform for connecting senders and travelers. The company shall not be held liable for the safety, security, loss, or theft of items during transit.

12. Payments – All payments must be made only through authorized channels. The company’s service fee will be automatically deducted and is non-refundable.

13. Disputes – In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be governed and resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian laws.
